Quiet is a great oceanfront duplex on Sunset Beach. This house features a bright interior and amazing views. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Inside offers three TVs (including a HDTV in the living room), VCRs, DVD players, and CD player. WIFI internet service is available as well. There are multiple sundecks and a covered porch with privacy walls. Due to the far East location on the island, Quiet offers both ocean and marsh views.
Connecting interior doors allows for access to both sides if both are rented by a large family.
Quiet is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30 pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm)
