Gast Haus is an oceanfront duplex recently updated with new tile and hardwood flooring throughout the main living area. Its location on the far East End of Sunset Beach provides for great views. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include three TVs, VCR, DVD player, CD player/stereo, and WIFI internet access. Outside offers a covered porch and sundeck. Enjoy the updated outdoor shower!
Interior connecting doors allows for access to both sides if both are rented by a large family.
The Gast Haus is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also inlcuded. Beds will be made with the linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
