Family Tides W is a well-maintained oceanfront home on the West End of Sunset Beach. Features tile flooring throughout the main living areas and an ocean view. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include five TVs, VCR, two DVD players, WIFI internet access, and a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. This house has a charcoal grill, multiple sundecks, and screened porch. Family Tides sits one home away from a beach access.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
