Bird Island Sunset is an amazing home with lots of space! This privately owned home provides awesome views of Bird Island, Madd Inlet, and the sunset. It is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge.
The home is a permanent residence in the off-season, so it is well-equipped. It is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.

We started out always staying in oceanfront homes, but then we discovered the beauty of 40th Street--inlet views from the house, canoeing around the inlet, and still easy access to the beach. This home is perfectly placed for a lovely view of Bird Island, and it has a great dock on the inlet. E.H.
