Goin Coastal is a gorgeous canal house that welcomes you with its beautiful hardwood floors, bright marine colors, and exceptionally well stocked kitchen. This Sunset Beach vacation rental is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival!
This is a well maintained home-the owners add a little extra every year! This year they will be adding a new dinig table and chairs, aong with upgrading 3 TVs to flat screen panels, along with new DVD/Bluray players. They plan to update their stereo as well. We'll update the dining area photos later in the spring once the new furniture is in.
Interior amenities include four TVs, VCRs, DVD players, WiFi internet access, stereo with CD changer and Ipod/MP3 connector. There is extra living area in upstairs loft. Outside you have plenty of space with three sundecks, covered porch and screened porch. This house also includes a floating boat dock and a roof deck with ocean, marsh and sunset views.
