Summer Solstice is a bay front home with a modern interior design. You'll find cool tile flooring throughout the main living areas of this East End island home. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Along with the spacious interior, you will also find amenities including five TVs, VCR, DVD player, WIFI internet access, and an extra living space in the upstairs loft with wet bar. Outdoors you'll love the permanent charcoal grill, sundeck, and covered porch with views of Sunset Beach. Summer Solstice also has a boat dock for guests use.
Work will be completed on an updated kitchen area by the 2012 season! We'll post pictures once the work is completed by the spring.
