Kokomo is a spacious mid-island home with tile flooring throughout the main living area. This Sunset Beach vacation rental also features hardwood flooring in the upstairs loft. While privately owned, Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival!

Interior amenities include two TVs (both 32” HDTVs in the living room and loft), VCR, DVD players, CD player/stereo, and WIFI internet access. Relax on the sundeck, covered porch, and screened porch. Enjoy great views of the island and ocean from Kokomo!
