Enjoy family “bonding” time in this well-kept, updated island cottage. Beach Bonding is a classic beach home great for family and friends. This Sunset Beach vacation rental is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

Interior amenities include 5 TVs, DVD player, and TVO. There is beautiful laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is very well appointed in case you do some cooking "at home". Please note: each bedroom has king bed that can be separated into two singles very easily. King size or single sheets can be used, please rent or bring the linen for your specific needs. Outside, Beach Bonding has a huge grill, sundeck, comfortable screened porch, and the use of a beach wagon.
