It is a large and accentuated home; from the spacious kitchen and living room to the outdoor decks that stretch the length of the front of the house. You are sure to have plenty of room to move around and relax. This Sunset Beach vacation home is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include six TVs, two VCRs, DVD player, and DSL internet access. Outside you have access to a charcoal grill, sundeck, screened porch, and roof deck. There is an additional family room on the second level.
Be Here Now is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
