Located just behind the local island market (a quick, easy walk to get any item that you may have forgotten to pack) and almost straight across from the fishing pier (only a 2 minute walk to go fishing or just enjoy a GREAT view of the ocean!). This condo has it all CLOSE by!
Enjoy the ocean view and the new furniture on the screened in porch, as you and your dog watch the sun set in this comfortable pet friendly unit. This two bedroom condo has ceiling fans, WiFi internet access, two TVs, two DVDs, and one VCR. For added inside enjoyment the condo has an CD/Cassette stereo and even a Game Cube system with controllers. After a great day at the beach, rinsing off is easy with an large outside shower. This top left unit offers covered parking to protect you and your belongings from the elements. Pier Pleasure is privately owned with professional management by Sunset Properties.
The home is 'dog-friendly', allowing one dog per rental stay for an additional $150 pet fee. You'll be asked when you reserve the home for the pet's name.
