This 3-season Sunset Beach vacation home comes with all modern amenities including large granite countertops with a breakfast bar in the kitchen. If staying in touch with family or business is a desire, Sunset Dream comes with free WiFi Internet access and unlimited long distance phone calling. The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
The home's layout is perfect for that special beach vacation, with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, allowing ample privacy. A separate spacious loft includes a large game/computer table, sitting area with a comfortable futon, cable TV, stereo, book library and a wet bar. You will enjoy the master bedroom with a private half bath and deck access with ocean views.

The roomy living room has a stereo and a large flat screen HiDef TV, a cozy fireplace and elegant ceramic tile flooring. The dining room features a large glass topped table with ample seating.
If outdoor living is your style, this home can deliver with everything you need to soak up the beauty of Sunset Beach: two expansive deck levels for lounging and sunbathing and a roof level observation deck that offers a great breeze and views of the ocean, bay and sunsets. Relax on the front covered porch or the screened porch with a custom ceramic tile dining table. A BBQ grill and a nicely landscaped lot encourage outdoor cooking.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
Included in this fun-filled beach home are numerous cable TVs (with HBO), a TV in every bedroom (convenient for kids), one in the loft/game room and a large flat screen HiDef TV in the living room. DVD/CD players, a VCR player and a DVD/VCR library also are provided.
