Summer Shack is one of the largest non-oceanfront homes on Sunset Beach. This Westside house offers breathtaking sunsets with ocean and Bird Island views, and offers colorful, bright, and beachy decor. While privately owned, Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Amenities inside include five TVs (40" in living room), VCR, DVD players, WIFI internet access, extra living area in an upstairs loft with wet bar, icemaker, books and family games. Outside, Summer Shack offers even more with a covered deck, screened porch, two picnic tables under the house, and porch rockers!
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs(one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
