This house is located close to the beach and is dog friendly. While privately owned, Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival! The home is 'dog-friendly', allowing up to 2 dogs per rental stay for an additional $150 pet fee. You'll be asked when you reserve the home for the pet's name(s). Interior amenities include three TVs, a DVD player, and WIFI internet access. Outside, guests will enjoy a screened porch, roof deck, and permanent charcoal grill.
