Light wood paneling brings back the feeling of a traditional beach vacation. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides it professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include two TVs, VCR, DVD player, and DSL internet access. It has a permanent charcoal grill, screened porch, and roof deck with views of the ocean and canal.
