Due to the close proximity to the beach, the loft, sundeck, and bedroom balcony provide awesome ocean views. While privately owned, Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
The home has an upstairs loft wet bar, and includes two TVs, two VCRs, two DVD players, and ceiling fans. The screened porch is large enough for all guests to enjoy the island breeze. Both upstairs bedrooms have private balconies. There are also two enclosed outdoor showers and a permanent charcoal grill.
