It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival!
This home has WIFI internet access for people needing to stay connected even on vacation, six color cable TVs, VCR, and six DVDs. Avalon II has updated all the flooring in the house with tile and pergo in the living areas. The former screen porch has been converted to a sun room with A/C for addtional living area. The owner has added a ping pong table for those with a competitive edge. Outside is a permanent charcoal grill and a roof deck that offers awesome ocean and sound views.

We have rented this cottage for a number of years. It has a favorable floor plan for our family-permitting ample separation of front vs back bedrooms. It is relatively close to the beach (3rd row), and we like the ocean views from the roof deck. That Avalon Too is now a linens-ready cottage is yet another reason for us to favor it. DS
