Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and ocean views 40 Love has to offer! This well-maintained second row home is located on the East End of Sunset Beach. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

Interior amenities include four TVs, VCR, DVD players, WIFI internet access, and an extra living area in the upstairs loft with wet bar. This home has both gas and charcoal grills, sundecks, covered porch, screened porch, and roof deck with great views.

40 Love is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
