Sweet Searenity is a new home that sports a bright and open floor plan, featuring 4 BR, 4.5 BA with an added upstairs family room and an elevator. This Sunset Beach vacation rental is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include six TVs, DVD player, WIFI internet access, and CD player. There is plenty of living and dining area to allow for the perfect beach vacation. Enjoy the spacious screened porch with rolling blinds to block sun rays if needed. Enjoy outdoor grilling with the homes permanent grill.
The downstairs bedroom has a king. Upstairs bedroom #2 has two queens; bedroom #3 has a bunk set (2 twins total) and full bed; bedroom #4 has a queen. There is a living room downstairs, and a family room upstairs. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and the two living areas each has a television.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs(one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge. Partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
