Sunshine Cottage (formerly Sunshine Shack) is a recently renovated home that includes lots of extra living space. The home will be expanded to four bedrooms and three bathrooms for the 2012 rental season! We'll post updates on the progress of the project through the winter, and post new interior photos once the work is completed.

This Sunset Beach vacation rental is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival!

Interior amenities includes three color cable TVs (one of which is a big screen TV), two VCRs, two DVD players, WIFI internet access, stereo, and video library. Enjoy the real meaning of Sunshine Cottage with the sunroom on the street-side of the home. There is a screened area on the ground level and a fish cleaning sink; porches off the front and back.
