Duke of the Dunes is a beautiful, contemporary beach house offering an open floorplan that provides plenty of room to move around in. The upstairs loft also provides additional living space. This Sunset Beach vacation rental is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival!
Interior amenities include two TVs, DVD and VCR, wireless internet access, ceiling fans, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside a permanent grill and decks encompass every corner. A large screened proch stretches the length of the street side of the home, and the sundecks are located at both the front and back. Not to mention the roof deck which offers excellent island views.
