Sunset Haven, a top level condo on 27th street, is conveniently located close to everything: the beach, pier, market, ice cream shops and our DVD machine. This Sunset Beach vacation home is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-rental sheets and bath towels will be provided by the homeowners, and beds will be made upon arrival!

Interior amenities include two TVs, a DVD player, and internet access. The owners take meticulous care preparing for the rental season. The condo has raised ceilings in the living area and its own private screened porch with cushioned furniture. Covered parking is available to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Make use of a foot wash at the base of the stairs and outdoor showers. As an added bonus with Sunset Haven, guests have access to a locked storage with bikes (helmets), beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to assist in carrying your things to the beach. This is the top left unit.
