Each condo has its own private screened porch. After a fun filled day on the beach rinsing off is a breeze with the foot wash at the base of the stairs and large outdoor showers. The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. This villa includes ceiling fans, WIFI internet access, CD / MP3 player, 32” TV with VCR / DVD in the living room and 25” TV in the master bedroom. This is the bottom right unit with lovely ocean views from the screened porch.
