Guthrie's Landing is a canal home at Sunset Beach located toward the east end of the island on Cobia Street. It is a privately owned home professionally managed by Sunset Properties. It is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge.
You'll enjoy a quiet vacation with your family at this home, with an open loft upstairs adding extra living space inside, and decks front and back offering additional space outdoors. The home offers 3 bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas. There is a nice-sized screened porch on the back of the house overlooking the canal and boat dock. WIFI internet service is available in the house, along with two TVs (each with its own DVD player) in the living room and loft. There is a charcoal grill outside for your family's cookout.
Guthrie's Landing is a great Sunset Beach vacation rental for the boaters in your family, as it is close to the mouth of the inlet that runs between the ICW and ocean. You will have just a short walk from the house up the street to the beach.
