Rich's Retreat is a beautiful oceanfront duplex close to the east end of Sunset Beach that was recently renovated. The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services for this vacation rental. This is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge.
This home's amenities include four TVs, WIFI internet access, a screened porch, and a sundeck-both offering great ocean views! Plenty of sleeping options, and a bathroom for every bedroom! Rich's Retreat is a great treat for your family! It has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances & cookware, flooring & beds, new bathrooms,new TV's. Additionally an adjoining interior door as well as a screened porch with a wall that opens if a family is renting both sides of the duplex (Eileen's Escape is 1816B EM). Both the outdoor shower and laundry areas with new appliances downstairs have also been remodeled. There is a beach access located next to this duplex.

It is bright and near the east end of the beach where we love to play in the pools of water and look for shells! We bring a lunch and spend the afternoon out there. S.Z.

There's a lot we like about this house: it's one of the smaller ones; it is right beside a beach access, and the deck has really good views both ways. But what I think we like the most about that address is the 1 mile distance between it and Sunset Blvd. I swear that I can feel my blood pressure drop in the 3 or so minutes it takes to drive from that left turn onto Main St to the east end of the island.
