As You Wish is a beautiful oceanfront duplex that was completed in May of 2010. It is a privately owned home that was included in a Fall 2010 area Parade of Homes tour. Sunset Properties provides professional rental management services for the home.

Interior features include a reversed floor plan with the living room and kitchen on the top floor. The home has three TVs, a DVD player, WIFI internet access, and a screened porch.

The home is 'dog-friendly', allowing up to 2 dogs per rental stay for an additional $150 pet fee. You'll be asked when you reserve the home for the pet's name(s).

This Sunset Beach vacation rental also has a beach access located right beside it.
