Sunset Haven, a quiet top level condo on 27th street, is conveniently located close to everything: the beach, pier, market, ice cream shops and our DVD machine. This Sunset Beach vacation home is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge.
Interior amenities include two TVs, a DVD player, and internet access. The owners take meticulous care preparing for the rental season. The entire HVAC unit was replaced in 2012. The condo has raised ceilings in the living area and its own private screened porch with cushioned furniture. Covered parking is available to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Showers are available on the first level for your convenience. Make use of a foot wash at the base of the stairs and outdoor showers.
As an added bonus with Sunset Haven, guests have access to a ground floor locked storage with two bikes with helmets, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to assist in carrying your things to the beach. This is the top left unit.
