It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge.
Interior amenities include three TVs, two DVD players, DSL internet access, and an extra living area in an upstairs loft with wet bar. Come enjoy the sundeck, covered porch, and screened porch.

This property suits our annual family vacation needs so well, we've rented it for the last 19 years. We love the beach access and really like the new "linen ready" amenity.

We like the 2nd row. We needed lots of beds, and this home includes linen service. We also like the close beach access, and the upstairs loft. H.O.
