Interlude W is a well-appointed duplex on the East End of Sunset Beach. Enjoy the fabulous ocean views from the multiple decks of this large home. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include five TVs, VCR, DVD player, and CD player/stereo. This house offers a permanent charcoal grill, multiple sundecks, and screened porch. There is internet access for guests who need to check in with the office during their stay.
Interlude W is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program starting in January 2011. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is included as well. Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge. Partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
