Sand & Sea is a classic island cottage on the West End of Sunset Beach. Located on the 3rd row, access to the beach is easy. While privately owned, Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include two TVs, VCR, a DVD player, and small den set us an an extra sleeping area. WIFI service will be added for the 2013 season. Outside, Sand & Sea offers a permanent charcoal grill, covered porch, screened porch, and roof deck with ocean views.
