Replenishment is a newer, very well maintained canal home that offers many amenities throughout. This Sunset Beach vacation rental is privately owned. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

Come replenish the soul with a reverse floor plan that highlights the beautiful sights of the island. This home includes ceiling fans throughout, WIFI internet access, six TVs, a DVD player, and VCR. There are two living rooms; one on the second floor and another downstairs. The house has lots of windows and bright colors that enhance the spaciousness. The street side of the home has an open porch, while the canal side features a sundeck and screened porch. Outdoor amenities of Replenishment include a boat dock and permanent charcoal grill.

Replenishment is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge. Partial check-in is allowed after 1:30 pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
