A perfect house for 2 to 3 families, sleeps a whopping 14 people. Sharing a beach home can get a little cramped sometimes, but not at this home. Jolly Roger Getaway has plenty of room to stretch out, and tons of screened porch area to relax. Climb the rooftop deck for spectacular sunsets and views of the ocean. The home sports a "close to everything" location for maximum beach fun with easy walking to both the island shops and pier. This home is a true crowd pleaser, and a great vacation value. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
This second row home includes: ceiling fans, efficiency kitchen downstairs, icemaker, four color cable TVs, DVD, VCR, and WIFI internet access. It is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge. Outdoors offers a grill and rooftop deck. Note: Stairs connecting the upstairs and downstairs units are located outside the units between front porches. Two of the bedrooms are located on ground floor with one bathroom, separate kitchen efficiency and living space.

My family stayed in this house July 2012 and loved it. It had plenty of room for everyone. We really liked that there is a kitchen on both floors because we had so much food that it would not fit in one frig. We spent most of the time on the porches eating lunch & dinner or drinking our morning coffee. I would definitely rent this house again.
