Bayshores is an updated bayfront house on the East End of Sunset Beach. This home offers a great kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bayshores updated the bathrooms and bedroom furniture in 2010. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

There is a ground floor bonus room; reached by a separate entrance. Amenities include six TVs, VCRs, DVD players, WIFI internet access, stereo, video library, and a fireplace for cooler months. Outside offers a permanent charcoal grill, sundeck, covered porch, and a floating boat dock.

This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge. Partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
