Welcome To Our Beach!

Sunset Properties congratulates every rider participating in the Breakaway to the Beach, Bike MS, event being held September 25 - 26, 2010. Once you reach the finish line here at Sunset Beach, there won't be a better place to rest your legs than in one of our vacation homes! Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home at one of our 400+ homes on the barrier islands of Sunset Beach or neighboring Ocean Isle Beach after the long bike ride.

Making Your Reservation:

Select from any of our available Platinum Perks homes that offer a nightly option. These vacation homes feature beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach umbrella provided at no charge; internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen and towels will be provided at no additional charge. And we will be allowing early check-ins that day for race participants on the 26th starting at 1:30 pm!

Our normal reservation rules require a minimum stay of two nights-and stays of that length or longer may be booked immediately. However, for this special event, Sunset Properties also will accept 1 night stays in available Platinum Perks homes (though we ask that you wait until after August 1st to make a 1 night stay).

Rates used will be at our off-season levels, which are the lowest of the year.  Generally they will average between $75 to $100 per bedroom per night inclusive plus tax, with home sizes ranging from 2 to 8 bedrooms in size, and different bed configurations to select from.

So why not get a beach house for your team to enjoy after the ride?

To support the cause, during the period of September 20th through 27th, Sunset Properties will donate $50 to MS for each nightly reservation and $100 for each weekly reservation made by MS Bike Ride participants (riders, family, and staff).  We will ask guests at the time of booking if it is related to the Bike Ride.
